SUITABILITY FOR FOOD in compliance with EC Regulation 1935/2003 and Ministerial Decree 21-03-73 and subsequent updates
The glove is suitable for contact with aqueous, alcoholic, dairy, oily or fatty and dry food products for which the use of simulants A, B, C, D1 and D2 is foreseen for 30 minutes at 40°C.
The glove is not suitable for contact with acidic foods (pH< 4.5), for which the use of simulant B is foreseen for 30 minutes at 40°C.
