Product description:
The Welder High Shoes are a product designed to provide safety and comfort to workers operating in hot and complex environments such as foundries and welding rooms.
Here are some of the main features of our product:
- Pigmented split leather upper with waterproof treatment , to ensure adequate protection against liquids and chemicals;
- Aluminum toe cap, puncture-resistant, slip-resistant , to prevent foot injuries during walking or movement; the toe cap is made of a lightweight yet strong material that provides adequate protection without overburdening the foot;
- Collar in leather and para-aramid threads , to provide additional heat protection; the threads are made of insulating materials that minimize heat absorption;
- The closure with Velcro allows for quick and easy opening, facilitating shoe changes or cleaning; the Velcro closure also features an anti-scratch function to prevent damage to the foot or surrounding area;
- The sole , made of a PU/nitrile rubber compound, ensures good resistance to abrasion and contact heat (HRO standard = 300°C for 1 minute); foot insulation within the shoe against heat is guaranteed by the HI certification: the internal temperature must not exceed 22°C after 30 minutes in a sand bath at 150°C;
- The removable sole , made of polyester, allows for easy replacement whenever damage or wear occurs; the pre-formed sole ensures adequate grip on the surface and minimizes friction;
- The midsole, made of polyamide, would provide good insole area safety from abrasive materials.
